CHAPTER MEMBER BRENDA GOSS-ANDREWS APPOINTED CHAIR OF NATIONAL CIVIL RIGHTS COMMITTEE
NOBLE National President Ernest Green has announced the appointment of Metro Detroit Chapter member Brenda Goss-Andrews as the Chair of NOBLE's National Civil Rights Committee. NOBLE National President Green cited Ms. Goss-Andrews' 30 years as a member of the Detroit Police Department where she retired at the rank of Deputy Chief. Prior to her retirement, Ms. Goss-Andrews served as the Detroit Police Department's fiscal manager and was responsible for a budget of over $450 million.
Ms. Goss-Andrews received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Howard University in Washington, D.C. and a Master's of Science from Michigan State University. She is a graduate of the prestigious FBI Academy in Quantico, Virginia and the Northwestern School of Staff and Command.

CHAPTER MEMBER SHIRLEY BERGER APPOINTED NATIONAL MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE CHAIRPERESON
NOBLE National President Ernest Green has announced the appointment of Metro Detroit Chapter member Shirley Berger as the Chair of NOBLE's National Membership Committee. NOBLE National President Green cited Ms. Berger's past two years in leading the Metro Detroit Chapter in recruiting that has resulted in the Metro Detroit Chapter receiving recognition and awards at the last two national conferences.
