On the January 10, 2012, the NOBLE's Metro Detroit Chapter welcomed its newly elected executive board. The new board members were sworn in by Third Circuit Judge Craig Strong with over 60 friends, supporters and NOBLE members in attendance at the Damon Keith Law Center on Wayne State University’s campus. U.S. Congressman John Conyers, Jr. was the guest speaker and presented the new board members with the U. S. House of Representatives' Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition.
